Heavy spread winged eagle below capitol suspends medal with title bar reading ASST.SERGEAT AT ARMS in blue and white under cello with centered circular cello button with inscription Republican National Convention Chicago June 21st 1904 at center. Red,white and blue ribbon behind. Reverse of ribbon still has the original sticker from the "Political Equipment and Manufacturing Company in New York" and the badge bears the maker mark from Whitehead & Hoag. Original.
