1984 Governor Bill Clinton Signed Styrofoam Campaign Style Hat. Clear signature of then Governor Bill Clinton during his 1984 re-election campaign for Governor of Arkansas. Styrofoam hat with red, white and blue paper head band, both manufactured by Levitan Line Co.
