Ronald Reagan and George H. W. Bush Era White House Staff Phone. Scarce telephone used by White House Staffers during the Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush administrations. Vintage desktop touchtone telephone with a White House Centrex label stating ''NOT SECURE DO NOT USE FOR CLASSIFIED OR SENSITIVE / INFORMATION''. The removable faceplate lists extension numbers for Staff Advisor, Press Advisor, Press Office, WHCA Office, Communication Center, Radio Room, and Operator. An additional warning sticker in red says: ''THIS IS A NON-SECURE TELEPHONE''. Code  on the bottom of phone indicates Western Electric model number 2500DMG.  These phones were also used when the President was on a trip "As noted by the reference to "Trip Operator" on the upper right of the faceplate. At the botom under the last row of digits is a sticker with a graphic of the White House and the text to the left of the graphic "White House". Original.
